im how can i look at the pictures its not leting me

1) download the file
2) extract the file using WinRar
3) Open up any image program like MSPAINT or Photoshop.
4) Open the .bmp file using that program.

No, it has exactly 1638 Emblems, so it does really have over 1600 emblems, heh =D
Loved them, specially the “Red Ribbon Army” one…Remembered me of the good old days with the Red Ribbon Army Guild, on Ragnarok Hispanoamérica, 5 years ago…I had a high wizz lvl 81 named Nico back then =)

Wrong, it have exactly 1639 Emblems, but your close Nyko. All you need to do is right click and click properties to find out how much the folder contains in emblem…
